Barrister Joseph Rossi is absolutely right.. this email did surprise me as I most definitely did NOT give him permission to send me an email.
As per many of these scammers, Barrister Joseph Rossi claims his ‘client’ died in a plane crash and gives a link to the bbc website so that you can verify this. I haven’t looked but I doubt it names those on board anyway – this is just a ruse to try and get the unsuspecting to believe this rubbish in the first place.
He says his client was a knight in the church. Not being religious I’m unsure what that means… was he a Knight of Malta or a Knight Templar or what??

With the number of people in the world there will, undoubtedly, be someone of that name somewhere Luis.
It’s also true that some scammers do target real names of certain people in order to legitimise their ruses.
Do you know if there actually is a Barrister Joseph Rossi associated with Trowers & Hamlin? (Trowers & Hamlin, of course, are a legitimate company).
