Recruiting For Hell

MLM

When a network marketer died he met up with St. Peter.

St. Peter gave him the choice of spending eternity in either heaven or hell. The mlm’er asked for a quick look at both before making such an important decision….

As you would expect, heaven was an extremely calm and peaceful place, bathed in beauty everywhere he looked.

It really was an image of paradise.

On the other hand, when the mlm’er popped into hell it was a totally different situation.

The inhabitants were well clothed, had fast cars, beautiful women on their arms and many other trappings of success.

Everyone looked happy - they were playing loud music, dancing, talking and generally having fun.

Therefore, his decision was easy - he told St. Peter that heaven was great and all that but it just wasn’t for him.

You see, when he was on earth, the marketeer was quite the party animal and so he felt that hell was the logical choice for him.

St. Peter tried to persuade him to change his mind but he was quite adamant. Reluctantly, St Peter granted him his wish.

After completing the necessary paperwork, the man was led back to hell, only to find that everything had changed.

The party was over and instead of the happy, wealthy swingers, all he could see was dishevelled souls, filling the boiling hot furnaces.

Upon seeing this he sought out Satan to find out what was going on.

He asked Satan what happened to the party.

Satan replied, “Oh, you must have caught the end of our recruitment evening”.

I think I got caught up in that recruitment drive. Getting away from the guy was hard as hell, he was extremely persistent, worse than a preacher in fact.
