I often wonder if I would have wanted to have been the person who found the debris because if there was a cover-up and conspiracy I would have had to have lived with such a secret for the rest of my life.

Interesting how a space port/museum is being built in the area now though isn’t it?

I have no idea what to believe about Roswell because I can’t seem to find anywhere that the metallic material was ever tested again and physically proven to be a weather ballon. If there was nothing at all to hide, perhaps military objectives, rather than extraterrestrials, then the military would be prompt of physically examining the material and proving to the public or civilian scientists that the material was what they said it was. I am perturbed by all this. Makes me wish I was the one who found the debris in 1947 cuz if i were still alive I would have salvaged a piece or two to show my grandchildren. WTF!!!

I’m kind of with you and Johi in that I believe there must be some power out there because the randomness of creation is just too hard to swallow, let alone the theory of evolution (something I’m writing about this week).

Likewise, I agree that if aliens crashed they would almost certainly have sent a message home somehow, or their colleagues would have known they were coming here in the first place.

I’m not so convinced that they ever were here though – perhaps the mixed messages about Roswell are a deliberate ploy just to get people thinking about the possibility of extraterrestrial life in order to distract them from the ‘truth’, whatever that is.

The comments that Johi has announced, i agree with to a certain extent. The whole religion thing definately plays a small part in this whole “government UFO conspiracy”. I personally am an Athiest, so i don’t belive that there is a “higher being”. i’d like to believe that there is though. And yes, it wouldn’t be crazy to think that we’re not the only planet in the ENTIRE universe that has a sustainable living enviornment. All of that aside, extraterrestrials might have a different habitat suitible for them. And yes when the Aliens would have crashed, they would’ve sent out a memo to the others. And also the fact the the “UFO” just so happened to land at the roswell facility would create some conspiracys.

IT IS VERY HARD TO THINK OF ALIENS AND NOT GET RELIGION MIXED IN THE SAME THOUGHTS. I PERSONALY AM NOT VERY RELIGIOUS BUT BELIEVE IN GOD/HIGHER BEING. IF YOU LOOK AT IT IN A SCIETIFIC POINT OF VIEW. IT WOULD BE VERY DUMB TO THINK THAT OUT OF THE COUNTLESS NUMBER OF PLANETS AND GALAXIES OUT THERE IN SPACE, THAT EARTH IS THE ONE AND ONLY LUCK PLANET TO BE ABLE TO SUSTAIN LIFE. SO YES I BELIEVE THAT ALIENS EXSIST. SO THE ALIEN CRASH AT ROSWELL COULD BE TRUE. WHAT THEY DID WITH THE BODIES? WHO KNOWS. NOW HERES MY QUESTION. IF ONE OF US GETS LOST AT SEA… WHAT HAPPENS? THEY SEND OUT A SEARCH PARTY. IF THE ALIENS HAD THE TECHNOLOGY TO MAKE IT FORM THEIR PLANET TO EARTH.
